« What a great hotel to stay in. In a great spot in Florence old town close to restaurants shopping ponte Vecchio Bridge. Very strong customer service from all the employees. The rooms are nice comfortable with strong air conditioning, which is not the case in every hotel in Italy. Only small recommendation would be to improve the breakfast. »
