Leider war der Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm. Das Zimmer ist die ganze Nacht vom Straßenlärm geprägt. Das Bad ist nur über den Flur zu erreichen und eine Nasszelle mit Bodenablauf. Leider funktioniert der Ablauf kaum, sodass der gesamte Boden schon nach kurzem Duschen überflutet ist. Zusätzlich gibt es starken Schimmelgeruch, sichtbaren Schimmel (u. a. am Heizkörper) und eine sehr schlechte Beleuchtung.
