Fabulous hotel with florentine style and fabulous service. The breakfast is over the top in terms of variety, quality, and healthy options. The location is terrific with super easy public bus conne tion just a few meters away to reach the historic city center. Super comfortable and safe!

Solo traveler. I arrived super early planning on leaving my luggage, and I was pleasantly surprised they were able to get me in a room right away. They were very close to the tram so I was able to easily commute back into the city center. I ate breakfast there one day and it was a nice buffet of some American and Italian offerings. Had dinner there my final night, which was perfect. Room was clean, AC cold and all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

We LOVED our stay. OMG the breakfast was truly out of this world and better than any I ever had at the Ritz Carlton! The tram was just a 2 min walk away making it super easy and convenient to see Florence. I highly recommend the staff at the hotel who always said YES to requests for help. The ambience was perfect with top amenities. We can highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again in the future! BRAVO!!!!!

Breakfast was great! Enjoyed the selection and service. Spacious and welcoming decor and quiet atmosphere to enjoy our meal. Rooms were cleaned and stocked well. Staff booked our taxi as we had an early morning flight. It was an ideal location for us as a couple.

We stayed here the evening before we flew out from Florence Airport (with no traffic in the early morning it was about a 5-7 minute drive). The property feels upscale and the staff were friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a suite and arranged our taxi for the morning. The suite, including the bathroom, were spacious, clean, and modern. If you don't want to go into the heart of Florence (either a train or long walk), there is enough to do in the area for an afternoon. There's a lovely park across the street with an incredible building -- part of the Univ. of Florence.
