They also had a mobile phone in the room which contained links to the tourist attractions, maps, free international calls and you were even invited to take it with you when you let the hotel sightseeing - never seen this before ever. Breakfast is on the 5th floor and the views are amazing. The selection for breakfast was fantastic; one of the best buffet breakfasts we've had to be honest. From espressos to prosecco, from salmon to sausages and from cereal to fruit. When entering/leaving the hotel we were always greeted with a smile and a "buon giorno" from the reception staff and porters. Check out was just as pleasant as check in. We would definitely recommend the Grand Hotel Baglioni and would stay there again if we ever returned to Florence."
