"Clean room. Comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood. A nice place to come back to after being out and about all day. There were a few rules that we were not used to seeing, but it could be because it is on the college side of Orlando. Overall, it was good place to stay and served its purpose.served the purpose "

"We liked the friendliness of the folks around us. Once we got used to the the streets and how they changed names we were able to navigate around without trouble. At first though we got lost quite often. There weren't enough towels and wash cloths and the kitchen faucet had a broken faucet nut which we had to fix ourselves a couple of times. Other than that it was a most comfortable abode and we are glad that we rented it. "

"If you are looking for a great location near the airport and stores, this will work. Basic no frills unit ( bring a pillow if you need more head surport ), served it's purpose for sleep, showering and a full kitchen. Host was responsive and check-in went well."
