"This was a fantastic girls weekend with my girls. A gorgeous cabin right on the river with an amazing deck. We saw eagles, ospreys and an otter swimming by while having coffee on the deck. We also relaxed at the near by hot spring spas for an hour got dinner at one of the local taverns. Tried our hands at fishing while
relaxing
near the water. Amazing place to relax and unwind. Definitely coming back for a much longer stay. FYI: Stop at a grocery store prior to coming into the local town it has...

"The Blue Heron Lodge is an amazing place to stay, with the large deck overlooking Spring Creek. We enjoyed the large

overlooking the French Broad. We did a 2 hour hike with Llamas. Hot Springs is a friendly town. We enjoyed everywhere we went."
