However, I wanted to talk with a manager, who didn't make themselves available. I sent two emails and they haven't tried to contact me via email or a phone call. I'm not asking for a free room, but some type of conversation and maybe a few dollars off. We had a wonderful weekend! The staff was extremely helpful (suggesting restaurants, things to do, giving water and ice, extra coffee). The valet service was quick and always friendly. The lady at the desk was very nice and friendly. She seemed to know the information about the hotel. I did find the back to an earring (not mine) on the floor in our room. Everything else was nice. We stayed in the Grand Suite, it was beautiful. Very large room! Amazing bathroom with Huge jetted bathtub. The only complaint is the small 32 inch TV in the living room, but there is a 55 inch in the bedroom!
