No stairs to the lake, loads of parking, a permanent dock, fire pit and tons of outdoor space. The house has 2 downstairs bedrooms, a full bath and a half bath. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a full bath along with a covered outside porch. All bedrooms have a view of the lake and access to an outside space. The new owner has transformed the space with more functional furniture and tasteful decor. The house combines old charm and modern comfort. The bedding is very comfortable, some of the best I have encountered in a rental. The bedroom set up is perfect for combining multiple families and everyone having their own space. Every bedroom has deck access. The house is very well appointed. The property is truly lakefront, with a lawn and a short rock beach, and a fantastic dock perfect for morning coffee, afternoon swims, and enjoying the sunset. The kitchen was well stocked with most everything needed. Loved the new large kitchen table and chairs in kitchen. The house itself is rustic, however the kitchen and baths all tastefully updated.
