« Little outdated but that was ok other than lack of overhead lighting in primary bedroom. A couple of updated lights on the nightstands would make a big difference. Towels were old and one was stained, so new towels are needed as well. More blankets in downstairs bedroom would be great. The couple who stayed down there got cold during the night. Just a few simple changes would make a big difference. That being said, would definitely stay there again and had a great time. Thank you! »

« Great place to stay if you’re going to Yosemite, quant grocery store and had lunch at the Iron Door Saloon in Groveland. Then at the end of a long day we enjoyed wine and hot tub on the back deck. »

« This house was great for me and my family. It’s only a short walk to the marina but it was too hot so it was an even shorter drive. The management/owner supplies you with everything you’ll need for the stay (beach towels, bath towels, dishes, utensils etc.) the children’s room doesn’t have air conditioning so it can get very hot and there are quite a few stairs to get to the room. We will definitely stay again »

« Photos don’t do it justice. Spacious with places for a group to gather or for quiet chats one on one. We especially enjoyed the large covered deck with a wonderful view of the lake but still private and also the fire pit. The dining table seated eight letting us all eat together. The host was responsive via email both before and during our stay. We are talking about returning. »

« We had the best weekend family rendezvous and this rental was perfect. It is spacious, clean, well equipped with several deck areas for enjoying the nice weather and nature. We had visiting deer, rabbits and wild turkeys during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. We spent 2 days visiting Yosemite from Groveland it was about 1 1/2 hours to the visitor center. « We had a wonderful time at the Manzanita House. My wife and two daughters (9 & 6) loved the house. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Mou was great, and was super responsive. We were looking to go to the snow and Mou gave us a few options. While there wasn't snow at the property while we were there we managed to find some sledding and loved being able to come back and relax in the hot tub. We had a really pleasurable experience and would definitely stay here again. »
