Disappointed by hot tub space not being well maintained as this was one of the draws to stay here. Advertised 3 seperate temp tubs and a cold plunge pool. Cold plunge was out of order the whole stay and most of the hot tub jets were not working. Location was amazing and definitely a ski in-out spot with free ski lockers on site - just a walk across the courtyard to get to the lift ay the base of peak 9 and Village ski school. On-site valet parking was convenient but was an additional $45 a night)."

"Aeverything was great , only thing that they failed in , is the TV connection to let you use apps like netflix , youtubetv , hulu,etc ... their system wasnt working i would connect my phone to their wofi but still couldn't cast what i wanted to watch , when i called fromt desk i was told they cant do anything about it"
