"For the price it was a good place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean in spite of being aged and needing an upgrade. Everything worked, no running toilet or faucets, tv worked. doors and windows opened and locked properly. I would stay there again."

"This was a more than above average motel that was convenient to Mesa Verde. The property and room renovation is well done. The space felt clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast seemed fresher with a few extra touches than the typical, such as the bagel assortment and bananas, which always seem run out early elsewhere. Overall I’d stay here before a chain hotel. We were on a timeline but would have enjoyed more time to explore the sites in the area. "

"A bright light in a remodeling neighborhood. The maid stuff remains indefinitely clueless on check out times and the staff seems to hate their jobs, but apart from that, it's the cheapest motel in a gorgoeus side of town. It took a few days to figure out that wifi os terrific on every floor above 1. "
