« Très beau condo. Tranquille et près de tout. La douche avait un débit faible et le bain ne drainait pas très bien l’eau. Dans la cuisine, toute la vaisselle utile est là mais il n’y a rien à part sel et poivre. N’oubliez pas de tout apporter pour la cuisson. Sinon, notre séjour a été très agréable et le personnel est vraiment accommodant »

« This was a beautiful, well equipped condo in what has become our favorite building in Breck. The condo is steps away from town, on the town transport line to get to the gondola (stop is right outside the front door), and has a helpful front desk to answer any questions about Breckenridge (and take your skis or board to store in a locker). « We had a great stay at Pine Ridge and 5 great days of skiing at Breck. The house is quite comfortable and roomy with a great open floor plan between kitchen, living room, and dining area. We found the beds to be equally as comfortable with foam mattresses. The location is perfect for access to town and the slopes. That said, I would not classify it as ski-in/ski-out. « This place was great. We liked the close proximity to lifts. This place (as advertised) is on the 3rd floor. Be prepared to go up and down LOTS of steps. Our family was fine with it - even with the high altitude. But, there are people who would not do well. That being said, the lift is a short walk and we LOVED how we could split up the day with lunch at the condo. The hot tub and laundry facility were very handy. « Our stay was pleasant and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub just down the stairs and a few steps away. In the condo, everything was nicely decorated, modern but also cozy. We appreciated the pull out sofa bed, the shower and bathrooms were in great condition (love the tile!) and hot water was not a problem. The beds and pillows were firm. « It was a short walk to the lift but able to ski almost to our door. Room was clean but small. Good for 2 people. Shower was only 3x3 feet. Refrigerator was tiny. Couldn't fit a gallon of milk and 2 liter of soda at the same time. It was the first place we ever stayed at that required us to empty trash before we left. My biggest complaint were the thermostats. They were very difficult to operate and we had problems getting it warm. »

« Checkin was seamless. Cabin was a little dirty in some areas, but well appointed. No hair dryer, which was an issue due to such cold temps. Very cute cabin in very scenic area. As advertised, definitely need 4x4 to reach the cabin. What is not explained until you read the house rules printed in the cabin is that snow plowing is rare and no set times. So, if you have plans and are receiving heavy snowfall, you may have to cancel those plans as snow plow timing and availability are not promised. »
