Check in was super fast, and the gentleman at the desk was friendly and knowledgeable. My room was a corner room, which was kind of nice, but also I felt like the windows were maybe not the best because I could hear EVERYTHING outside (including the trash truck that came through somewhat early in the alley below my room). The bed was really comfortable. The room itself was a little on the small side if you have 2 people, but since it was just me, I was fine. I think the only negative is the sound proofing which needs to be improved. I could hear a lot of street noise, as well as noise from the floor above me, and from the hallway outside my door.

They shouldn’t have shown a photo of a full kitchen and advertised “full kitchens” without clarifying that all rooms don’t have this. Also our room should have least had a small microwave. We were told that we needed to use a microwave oven on the first floor, next to the lobby. This is a beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly. The bar/restaurant were excellent! We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location and walkability to resturants and the Silverthorne Recreation Center. Amazing bar and resturant inside. Loved the smores option for the kids. Beautiful decor in the rooms and main spaces. Parking was great. Only downside was the pool was not regulated so it was cold, but they reimbursed us for the Silverthorne Recreation Center, so the kids were happy.
