"When we booked we didn’t realize renovations were ongoing. Pool and hot tub closed. Our room was Like a motel 6. Staff at front desk not available at times. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite . Comfortable but outdated. Overall I would not recommended."

"It is right in Whistler village, with all the restaurants surrounding it. There is grocery and pharmacy close by. The playground is right in front of the property. The gondola is also a short walk away. There is a trail that leads to Lost Lake. Everything is within walking distance so we did not need to use the car during our entire stay here. Parking is free which was rare for a property in the Village. The parking area was very tight though. We used the full kitchen for breakfast and lunch, and just go out for dinner which saved us money. The unit feels warm though, even with the windows open. The heater was definitely off already. They provided us fans, which was great. There is washer and dryer inside the unit, which we did not use, but nice to have. The whole check-in process needs to be read thoroughly so you do not miss any detail, otherwise everything was smooth. There was also a number to call if you needed help. TV has an attached roku, which is great for kids wanting to watch streaming apps instead of cable. I love our stay here."

"Beautiful rooms, feels like an apartment not just a hotel room. Love the amenities, kids pool, adult pool, games room even in house theatre where we could pick a movie to watch! Been coming since I was a teenager and now my teenagers are enjoying the place!!"

"Great place to stay for our ski trip. It was an easy walk to the gondola and also close to the shuttle stop. Beds were comfy. The pull out bed with the mattress topper was surprisingly comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub with the view. I also liked that it was really close to a nice grocery market. "
