"Location was great. We had some issues with billing but the staff straightened that out quickly. Rooms were very clean.. Breakfast was not complimentary. Gym was well equipped and clean. "

"Filters in air conditioning units need to be cleaned out. Very clogged up. Some confusion about how often they clean the room. The sign said they clean every three days, but they never did. When I notified the front desk, they said I still had to request a cleaning. That was not clear on the notice."

"Disappointed in this Hilton. Staff was not very friendly on several occasions. Only 1-2 elevators were working... a 10 min wait every-time we wanted to use them. And false fire alarm went off TWICE in one night at 2am and 2:30am. Location was excellent though."

"The property had no pool bar open, no towels for.the pool, and no shampoo or conditioner in the room as I had to hunt down the cleaning lady."

"Staff were amazing through our stay and very helpful. Restaurant and bars were closed the first day we were there due to a sprinkler malfunction. Restaurant wasn’t much to choose from so we ate off property for meals. All in all not a bad place to stay."

"It was a very small unit - especially compared to other apart-hotels in Austin. I travelled solo - there is no way more than 1 person can fit into this 1 bedroom. Small things like no coffee or end tables in the “living room” - just nowhere to put a coffee or any drink down. Cleanliness wasn’t fantastic and you can easily hear the occupants above you. Just not fantastic. "
