"Rien a dire sauf que la chambre est super salle des fourmis des araignées et le plus choquant c est en dessous du lit le gérant dois vérifier tous ça avec la femme de ménage"

"Washroom tub smells like gutter, Fire alarm start and stop beeping during the night without any reason, rooms are separated from the main building looks like a motel. I Asked to give room in the main building that I saw online in the pictures while doing reservation but receptionist denied. They are playing with folks by showing different rooms and building online."

"Hotel not nearly as nice as reprensented. I paid what I thought was a nice little hotel, not fancy buy decent..and ended up at a cheap motel like. Rooms are very average. The furniture is old. They put a double mattress on a queen bed base. The AC is incredibly noisy. Weird noises and smells comes from the drain in the bathroom (on the 2nd floor??!). Wouldnt recommand staying there, very disappointing stay."

Unlike other local options that suffer from years of deferred maintenance, Le Fabreville clearly prioritizes the guest experience with great service and professional management. What is most impressive is the value. For the same price as the dated motels just 10 minutes away in Saint-Eustache, you get a much higher standard of quality and cleanliness. Highlights: • Modern Rooms: Freshly renovated with a "like-new" feel. • Professional Service: The staff is attentive and welcoming. • Great Location: Conveniently located near Laval and only a short drive from Saint-Eustache.
