"It’s a great location and our hotel room was clean and had everything we need. Just checking in process person didn’t give us proper details of the elevators to the to get to our room which wasn’t a big deal but I think they should explain it better. Highly recommend anyways "

"Check in time is too late 4 pm , and check out is too early 11 am ; the room was left 2 empty bottles next to the bed, for sure housekeeping didn’t change the bed linens "

"Such a great vibe! Right when you enter there is music playing, people hanging out at the bar or outdoor courtyard, fresh coffee and cold water at check in, friendly staff and super comfortable beds. We booked it for our way down to Florida and loved it so much we booked it on our way back! Everyone was happy and comfortable in the space that it made you want to hang out and have a cocktail outside by the fire pit, order a little bite to eat and watch a game. Traffic was a little loud outside the rooms, but everything else made up for it! Such a hidden gem! "

"This was the first time my husband & I stayed at The American Hotel, we've stayed at plenty of Hilton Hotels in the past. From the moment we parked our car with Valet to the moment we checked out we were pleasantly surprised with ALL the staff!! The American Hotel Atlanta Downtown is a very clean and nicely designed hotel. When we were looking for food after checking in, the front desk staff suggested we try the wings and fries at the restaurant inside the Hotel, which turned out to be a hit!! We choose this Hotel because it is walking distance to the State Farm Arena where we were attending an event. Walking there we noticed lots of things to do. I didn't get everyone's name but at some point I did interact with Renee who just happened to give me a card with her name. Thanks Renee and Team you guys were great and very helpful. "I did not have the most pleasurable experience at the Courtland Grand Hotel. 1. The hand soap that was by the sink was opened and used. 2. There was no cord for the telephone. 3. The directions that the guy at the front office gave me to my room were difficult to understand and he had me lost on the 1st floor in the conference area."

"Staff at the Marriott was outstanding! One of the waiters at the high Velocity restaurant deserves honorable mention (Andrew) for making our stay extra special. Great heated pool, clean rooms and outstanding decor! The best part of this hotel was the location! It’s near everything you’d want to experience as a first timer in Atlanta! Had my daughter with me and this place was perfect for her!"
