Beautiful hotel in a great location! It was close to plenty of shopping and dining options, so there was always something nearby to enjoy. We loved our room, and the view was absolutely stunning. The large windows overlooking the city and nearby parks made the stay even better. I would definitely rate this hotel a 10/10 and would happily stay here again.

Shatara Holmes customer experience manager was incredible. The entire team was lovely. Restaurant on the 4th floor was terrific. MJ there was great. In fact all staff were great. The room was absolutely gorgeous. Duvet was a bit thick for summer and housekeeping kept taking my robe and not replacing toilet paper but over all I loved the hotel. The wellness centre and classes were excellent. I could hardly walk after Brandy’s HIT class. Sat and Sunday yoga classes were fab. ❤️

The hotel was very comfortable and had all the amenities. The location was also very good and there is a market place at a walkable distance which has lots of places to eat. The only downside was that the room did not have a microwave. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience

Was excited to stay a night and be on the Beltline as I used to live in the area. Arrived at 3 pm only to be told that our room wasn’t ready. Frustrating considering that was check in time and they couldn’t say when our room would be ready. We went to the pool to wait but were told pool lounges required reservations. Wish that had been mentioned in the days leading up to our reservation. We made a reservation for an hour later and went and walked around the Beltline. Around 4 pm we finally received the call that the room was ready. The front desk guy was very nice and gave amused a $100 credit for food and drink. The room was great - loved the style and alll the windows. The only annoying thing were the automatic lights in the bathroom. No one wants the lights coming on in the middle of the night and ours came on mysteriously by themselves several times during the night waking us up.

Excellent location and great facilities. Valet parking was expensive with no other alternative options. Staff were friendly and very helpful, giving advice of where to go locally to hotel
