Cozy, Quiet, clean & family friendly neighborhood 10-15mins away from the newly built USB ARENA & plenty of stores & restaurants to visit in the area. My recommendation is to make listing clear that parking is on the street. It is misleading to state that there is on-site parking when in actuality parking is only on the street.
