« Stayed her with 3 other parents while our sons played in the Cooperstown All-Star Village tournament. House is only a 15 minute ride to ASV. House was clean and had everything we needed for the week. Right on the river and has a dock so we did a little fishing. You can rent kayaks at shop down street if you want. Would highly recommend staying here if your child is playing at either Dreams park ( 10 min drive) or ASV. »

« This property was perfect for our getaway. We booked the house to blend a visit to Cooperstown with some lakeside down time. We were not disappointed. The property was pristinely clean upon arrival and offered everything we needed for our stay. Not to mention the View. It's hard to tear your eyes away from the lake. Brendon was super helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend this property. »

« We just stayed there for CASV week 11 (7/31-8/6/24) with two other families (5 adults and 3 kids) while our boys enjoyed the week at CASV. The property was very clean, comfortable and only about 8 minutes from CASV so going back and forth was a breeze, especially for a 1:45am game!!! The rooms are good in size, beds are very comfortable and location is great. Highly recommend to any families attending CASV and wanting to be close to the facility without compromising space, comfort or location! »

« We stayed for a week while our son played at ASV. The location was absolutely perfect. The other parents were so jealous of how close we were to the fields! The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was great we could have our dog and she loved the fenced in yard. Would highly recommend l! »

« This house exceeded our expectations. All Star Village was just minutes away and the Rite Aid across the street and DD and McDonalds nearby were much appreciated by the 10 year old. When Dave said it was fully stocked that was an understatement! It had everything we could need during our stay. « Smitty's Lakehouse was the perfect place for our family to stay while our son played at Cooperstown Dream Park. There was plenty of room for all five of us. Our kids really enjoyed being able to take the canoe and kayaks out on the lake between baseball games. Appliances, cabinets, furniture...everything was updated and convenient.
