### Breweries! Cross the road to Northway Brewing or stroll to Brewery Ommegang.
This is the only property walking distance to two fantastic breweries! The awesome Northway Brewery is steps across the road and the famous Ommegang Brewery is just a few minute stroll away. Just a short drive to all other Cooperstown attractions.
Comfortable, stylish and impeccably clean 1850's renovated farmhouse with generously appointed kitchen, large living and dining rooms, six bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. There is cable TV in every bedroom, as well as a large screen in the living room, high speed internet and wifi throughout the house, a gas fireplace in the living room and a built in fireplace in the backyard. This house has all the comforts of modern living with the details and charm of a vintage gem.
There is one bedroom on the first floor, off the kitchen, that sleeps four in a queen bed and twin trundle beds (two twins). This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms accommodate two people with queen beds, and they have ensuite bathrooms. The other two upstairs bedrooms adjoin and share an ensuite bathroom. One has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. There are a total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms upstairs, and one bedroom with a full bathroom, and an additional half bathroom downstairs.
There is a lovely, generous front porch with ample seating and views of Northway Brewery, the valley and gorgeous sunsets. The half bathroom and laundry room are conveniently located on the first floor, off the sitting room. The backyard, with built in fireplace, stone patio, tables and chairs, bbq grill and games is a great place for relaxing, fun and dining. With no neighbors to the sides, the backyard space is very private.
Parking is never an issue, with a circular driveway and ample parking for several vehicles.
Take a 5 minute stroll down the road to Ommegang Brewery for great beer, food, brewery tours, live music, Bingo Brunch and Frisbee Golf. (Please check the brewery website for hours, schedules and events)
If you are coming in the summer for Dreams Park Baseball, you will only be a 7 minute drive away! The National Baseball Hall of Fame and the village of Cooperstown are just 8 minutes away by car. Please note that there is a "base rate/price" for up to 6 guests. For each additional guest after 6, there is an additional $50 charge per guest/per night up to the 14 person maximum. This is an owner managed rental and you will notice that in every detail! Our cleanliness, guest satisfaction and customer service are exceptional! You are always our priority and we are located close by should you need us! We look forward to hosting you!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was superb. We were so happy to be your guests.A couple things to note: there was a wad of gum on a blanket in the living room. There wasn’t a place for soap in the double bathroom.

#### Great baseball family house
We had 4 families and siblings stay for a week while our sons played at Cooperstown Dream park. The house is super convenient and is roomy, cozy, and comfortably decorated. It’s a lovely home. The brewery across street is great as is Ommegang half a mile away. I can’t recommend it enough!

#### Perfect for baseball tournament
This house was perfect for two families to enjoy the baseball tournament at Cooperstown Dream Park. The pictures didn’t do justice to how great the house was. The owner was easy to communicate with and the location was great. We enjoyed several visits to the two breweries near by. Overall great experience!

#### Great stay in Cooperstown
We very much enjoyed our girls weekend away in Cooperstown. Unfortunately the weather was not very good but that didn’t stop up from having a great stay! The house was very comfortable and was well stocked with everything we could need. The host was easy to get in touch with and responded to any concerns and questions I had very quickly. The property was clean and just a great house overall. It is a little far (6-10 minute drive) from downtown Cooperstown and other restaurants but walking distance to two great breweries. Overall it was an excellent stay!

We adored this property. It was the perfect mixture of victorian charm, modern conveniences, and cozy comfort. Having 5 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was ideal for a bigger group. Kitchen was very well equipped; great layout. Very convenient to Cooperstown. Would love to come back and just have a relaxing weekend never leaving the property.

#### Perfect location for guy's weekend
THE perfect location for a guy's weekend away. Three minute walk to Ommegang. Red Shed Brewery was closed during our visit but is across the street. Short ride into town to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame and enjoy the local establishments. The house has numerous bedrooms and bathrooms to fit a large group. Kitchen is fully stocked and there is a large dining room for meals. Emily was fantastic to work with! Was able to get a later checkout on our last morning when I noticed our group was moving a little slow. Highly recommend the guided tour at the Hall of Fame and Sunday brunch and Bingo at Ommegang.

#### Super Bowl Weekend Stay
We had 10 adults and two children stay for a Super Bowl weekend get together. Perfect house for having us. Bedrooms spacious and each had their own bathroom which is fantastic. The house was immaculately clean and a very spacious kitchen for everyone to work in preparing meals and snacks. The fireplace in the spacious living room with plenty of seating was such a homey atmosphere. We very much enjoyed our stay. There’s plenty to do the area even in the winter time. Highly recommend the Brewery Place.

#### Great group vacation house

#### Our 2nd Great Stay
This is the 2nd time our group of teacher friends have rented this property. It's a large house with plenty of room. Almost every bedroom upstairs has it's own bathroom which is so nice. Large living which is great when we had 7 people to fit. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. This house has old farm house charm and is in such a great location. Walk to Red Shed Brewery and Ommegang. Quick drive to town and Otesaga. Great communication with the owner throughout the process. I'm sure we'll be back again!

#### Cooperstown Wedding
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us. We had 8 adults and 2 young children. We played some of the games, read some of the children’s books. Kitchen was great. Property owner was great with communication. Any time (both ahead of our stay and during our stay) I sent a message, she responded immediately. We had a wedding at Ommegang Brewery. It was super convenient. I would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again if we had a big group staying in Cooperstown.

House worked out perfectly for our family gathering of 11 for my sons graduation from SUNY Oneonta.It was so nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom.The house was decorated perfectly from the colors to the antique’s thru out the house including a1902 Sears and Roebuck catalog. Host was on spot as she responded to our messages with in an hour.

It was everything we expected.. The host is excellent.. The property was perfect for what we wanted.. There was a snow storm the day we were leaving. We asked to extend and get a late check out Emily was wonderful. Would definitely go back. Don

#### great house and location
Have stayed here before as a get together with some old friends. Great walk/drive to breweries, great location and the house is awesome. Have already decided to make it a regular event
