Checking in was easy with an electronic lock and the host was very communicative with my questions. 2 things to note are that the walls are thin between this unit and the main house so you can indistinctly hear each other, and the mattress is quite hard, but I know some people prefer that. « Lunavista Cozy studio was an amazing stay. The owners were very communicative and friendly. The room was very clean, smelled nice, and well organized. Lots of amenities and everything I wanted was provided including toiletries. The only minor downside was that the location as it is along a very busy roadway but I had no issues personally. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Would definitely stay here again! »

"Il n'y avait pas assez de serviettes dans la chambre dont j'avais bien spécifié le nombre de personnes. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée le 1e matin et pourtant je n'avais pas mis la pancarte "Do not disturb". Le tapis et les rideaux dans la chambre avaient des taches. Le déjeuner manquait un peu de variétés. C'est vraiment dommage, car je m'attendais à mieux un hôtel de la chaîne Wyndham."
