Stunning, light-filled beach house with hot tub & sauna, minutes from the beach!

For families only (not a singles share house). Award winning (see 1st place 2023 award!) Ultra quiet see, family oriented Block in Beautiful Seaview, Fire Island. 5-minute walk to both the Seaview and Ocean Beach ferry docks.

House is lit by wall to wall windows, under a soaring cathedral ceiling. The house can be accessed by front stairs and a side ramp with everything except the upstairs loft/master suite wheelchair accessible.

Total 5 bedrooms w ceiling fans and brand new HVAC system. Beautiful separate 1-room cottage on rear deck.

Bed/ bath layout as follows:
- Master Bedroom (upstairs) 1 has a queen size bed and a full bath with tub, and open loft office.
- 2nd Master Bedroom (main floor) has Queen size bed and its own half bath.
- Bedroom 3 (main floor) with full size bed
- Bedroom 4 (main floor) with two twin beds
Second full bath is at the end of the hall on the main floor
- Separate cottage has a full size bed & uses the outdoor bathroom attached to outdoor shower.

Brand new fully stocked Chef’s kitchen with over 30 feet of stone countertop prep space, oven with 5 burner gas range, 2 large deep sinks, 2 dish washers, pot filler, griddle, and slide out microwave.

Great room and kitchen have soaring 20’ ceilings.

Smart TVs in great room and upstairs Master Bedroom.

Fenced in side yard with shaded area for lounging. Front, side, and rear decks accessible by ramp and stairs- there are safety gates installed at all three entrances to the deck to keep your kids and dogs where you want them!
On the back deck you can enjoy a hot tub and immaculately designed sauna, w/ chromo-therapy lighting. Enjoy the amenities and the atmosphere while hanging on the outdoor couch or eating at our outdoor table!

Home also comes with beautiful Webber BBQ, and of course the Fire Island staples: bicycles, wagon and outdoor shower!

Steps to Beach and Bay.

5-minute walk to Ocean Beach - Home of multiple bay front restaurants, boutique clothing stores, and drinking establishments. 20-minute walk to Ocean Bay Park. There are also synaogues and churches within walking distance that are very open to visitors.

Water taxis can be used to get to further parts of the island, or you can always walk along the beach.

Incredibly idyllic island with miles of beach and bay. No private cars in season - children and deer roam free. Fire Island really is like another world!

Beautiful home, great location

My family and I had a wonderful two week stay at this home. The house is exactly as portrayed in the listing pictures. Bright, airy, recently remodeled, great kitchen and really nice layout for being together. Plenty of rooms and space, all with air conditioning, including the guest house in the back. House had plenty of bikes and beach chairs and towels, so no need to bring those across on the ferry. The location can't be beat. Seaview has a fantastic little playground/pool/lifeguarded bay swimming that is a bit down the road which we loved; the Seaview Beach is a block and a half away; and Ocean Beach is a few blocks away with restaurants etc. Kenny was very quick to respond to any questions that we had and very helpful. We had zero issues or problems with the house and would totally rent this again. Highly recommend.

Relaxing retreat with an amazing kitchen in a great location

Living/dining space was great for socializing while having plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. Amazing kitchen with lots of gadgets and 2 dishwashers. Kenny was very responsive when contacted. Very happy we selected this house.

Great House

The house is great, unlike many other houses in Fire Island considering how modern it is. Definitely not your typical beach house. I would/will stay here again in the future if it is available, some times you get stuffy owners who like to stop by multiple times during your stay but not here. The owner/manager trust you and let you treat the house as if it were your own. We had a great experience and could not recommend any higher.

Amazing in every way!

My family stayed for an extended 4 day weekend and had a fantastic time at the house. Everything is as stated and even better. The kitchen has everything you could ask for and more. Two sinks, two dishwashers, pot filler, every spice imaginable, etc. You really don't have to bring any of the incidental stuff for cooking or cleaning. The bedrooms were all decent sized and had individual AC units, which was really important to me. During the day, we opened all of the windows and just enjoyed the breeze. The separate cottage out back was nice for an extra accommodation if you have people who really appreciate privacy and they even loved the outdoor bathroom. Outdoor shower is always a hit. As for location, it is halfway between the bay and the ocean and a stones throw away from Ocean Beach. We wound up using the Ocean Beach ferry to go home and it seemed just as close as the Seaview ferry. It was nestled in a quiet part of the town and it had a lovely porch with rocking chairs to just enjoy passing the time. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, and bicycles available for use, each with it's own lock. The owner, Kenny, could not have been more helpful. He was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning of the booking process right through to the end. We had no issues during the rental period, just a silly question or two, and he was prompt to return any texts. My family enjoyed this getaway and would gladly rent from Kenny again!

Wonderful time was had by all!

My experience was a good one! The house was all that was advertised and definately met with my expectations. The owner and manager were helpful and accomodating. I will definately consider renting this property for myself and my family again next year!!!
