"The property was beautiful and brand new as expected. The beach and landscape were amazing. I was surprised by the pool closing at 6pm but understood the policy after experiencing that some guests can't handle their drinking and need to be sent away to shower and eat. I can never remember having so many great bartenders. Fun, eager to serve and always happy to be there. As with most all inclusives the food even in the different themed restaurants was inauthentic and a bit on the bland side. Don't get me wrong I love food and ate it all but they could definitely do better on their "Italian" and "Asian" restaurants. The buffet was always fresh and the food was great for all three meals. After a so-so dinner we found ourselves headed to the buffet to browse for snacks. The corridors by the rooms were never cleaned as well as the rest of the property and it was almost funny how many piles of weave and hair that we encountered. We never went in the "Marley" pool as it seemed like the go to for the party crowd that was loud and never got out to use the bathroom. On most of the trip you couldn't see to the bottom in 3 feet of water (disgusting). The "Kingston" pool seemed to attract a more civilized crowd and was clean with great bartenders. The resort felt nicer than what we paid but you then have to deal with the guests that come for the low price (think 2-3 day Carnival Cruise). Some of these issues say more about the guests than the resort so take that as you will."

"There was absolutely nothing that we disliked about our stay here. I will say though that the most enjoyable part of our experience has been the staff. Literally everyone that we have encountered has been friendly and has gone above and beyond to ensure that we were completely comfortable. A few of them have even remembered our names. On this resort there’s a lot to do. The food was better than I expected—as I never come to resorts expecting exceptional food lol. The drinks are phenomenal. My only wish is that there were more top-shelf tequila options considering I don’t drink Patron. Despite that, I would choose this resort 100x over. "

"15/10 INCREDIBLE. The second you step out into the driveway you’re already in paradise. The property is absolutely elegant and its own private beach is amazing. Staff went above and beyond with the birthday request, thank you ! All of the food options were amazing, breakfast buffet was the best ever, and those Lobsters can’t be beat 😍 Can’t wait to be back ! "Sea Garden Resort was exceptional. The staff Sabrina, Marvin, and lifeguard Scheavar were amazing! My favorite the area was the beach! Best for snorkeling for you swimmers out there. I will be returning back and staying at Seagarden again. This hotel is by the airport but you can't hear any planes while sleeping so that was a plus. "
