"We 1st went November to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The weather,service, food, drink, and employees were fabulous. So in January we booked again and it was better than the 1st time. The staff actually remembered us!! Andre (pool bar), Jason, Nevin and Hagrain made our trip worth every penny. We would highly recommend this resort . Unfortunately it's closing for renovations. We're hoping the same staff return."

Hotel Riu Palace Jamaica - Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"This all inclusive resort was great. The room that I booked was not the room that they tried to give me at the resort and offered an upgrade to the room that I thought I reserved. They were understanding and let me look at different rooms and the views so that I can decide what room I would like. The upgrade came with extra amenities which I loved, especially the Elite Reaturant! The food that was served at the buffet was cold/warm, aside from breakfast. The restaurants was great, although they cook the lobster too long making it tough. The workers was pleasant and friendly. They offered us information and resources. Expedia was present in the main lobby and helped provide excursion packets which was helpful and affordable. The rooms was clean twice a day at least. I didn’t like the fact that they kept coming into the room even when we didn’t request the cleaning. Can not wait to go back!"

Ocean Eden Bay - Adults Only - All inclusive

"The main pool area on the adults-only side is spectacular. It’s massive, beautifully maintained, and features a lively swim-up bar. What I loved most about booking Ocean Eden Bay is that you also get full access to the sister resort next door, Ocean Coral Spring but it was amazing to come back to the quiet, child-free sanctuary of Ocean Eden Bay when we wanted to wind down. The food was also very good everywhere which is mot typical for all inclusive resorts. (Sakura and Sugar Cane was my favorite)."

"I brought my 2 autistic children and they absolutely loved the waterpark. I really liked the indoor playground and the fact that I could leave my children in the care of staff for a couple of hours each day to be able to enjoy some adulting time on the resort. There was something for everyone to eat at the buffet. Quality if the food and drinks were above my expectations. The staff for the evening entertainment made the shows educational along with moments of laughter. Most of the staff were friendly. The beach was absolutely amazing. Lots of pools to choose from. I could usually find a chair to sit on at the pool. The downside to this resort is that the rooms are a lengthy walking distance to the main hub. The other downside to this resort is at the lobby to this resort as this was a bit congested with too many people upon arrival. My children had traveled several hours and have disabilities so because they struggle with long day of travelling to then having to wait in a lengthy lineup to checking in, they were having behaviours. They had to be present inordor to have the riu wristband on their wrists. When a lot of people arrive to checkin, luggage is everywhere and the rooms weren't ready by the stated time of 3 pm. I had to place stickers with my room number on my luggage and leave it unsecured in the lobby until my room was ready as there was not a designated room to store luggage securely. This is why I did not give this resort a 5 star rating."

Ocean Coral Spring - All Inclusive

"Overall the experience was good, some staff could be more pleasant. Love how they try to make it up to me after my checkin feedback which shows that they value their guess I strive to make us feel comfortable and seen. 10/10 for my swim up corner room and it was also located to so many things that I enjoyed like the jerk grill and the beach."

"I had book it for my mom 54 birthday and she said that the property was beautiful and clean and the staff! from the general manager to the servers bar and dining room was exceptional not to mention the front desk team, room was well kept ; They truly make my mom feel special, thanks to all the staff their."

"Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in."
