« Pros: Loved that the property was gated and secluded. I didn't mind the other home facing the villa at all. Both were designed beautifully. Great for photo ops, definitely took many. The floor plan was great! The bedrooms were on opposite sides of the villa, we didn't use the other bedroom though. Loved the walk-in shower. The view was breathtaking. Cons: For a two-bedroom villa, I didn't understand paying $180 extra for a child. I even paid for birthday decor with the #7 balloon days before...

« I like this property because you can live like a tourist and a local at the same time. You are allowed guests with no hassle to cone and go. There is smoking allowed and a ATM, grocery store, street food and transportation a minute from your doorstep. If you are fussy about your linen be sure to bring your own and towels too »

« The administrators of the property are quite rigid in their arrangements, and the amenities in the kitchen are quite basic/rudimentary. »

« The location of this property is great for easy access to local areas in the Hipstrip and access to private beaches. The space was functional but just very run-down. It needed a thorough cleaning and fresh paint and tile repair. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was superb. »

« Court Manor #3 has the potential to be an excellent holiday residence, unfortunately we were very disappointed and will never rent here again. Pictures on line and premises 2 totally different situations. Place is outdated and in need of major renovations and repair, kitchen old and dingy never cooked there once, bathrooms and showers old, toilets didn't flush properly,black mold on ceiling, ants, beds don't fit bed frames, killed huge cockroach in kitchen first night,front door doesn't lock...

« This property is well located on the hip strip. It is a property in transition. The restaurant and pool are closed; not sure if they are going to open. Security is good. Lots of stuff to see and do nearby. The Doctor’s Cave beach and a Starbucks are across the street but the beach requires a fee for admission and an extra fee if you want a beach chair and umbrella. »

« No issue with the property at all - have stayed here many times and it is lovely. Do not deal with Burbank Vacations. They overbooked and left me stranded with nowhere to go at Christmas. DO NOT deal with these people. »

« The room was horrible it was dirty the air half worked, the stove was rusty no way could anyone cook on it.The ceiling tile was filthy and in areas it leaked.There was no daily house keeping,there was huge roaches in the room the sliding door was broken we barley could use the balcony,the box springs on the beds were dry rotten.. The fabric litterly was falling off of the box springs.No tea and coffee maker..as promised the tub would not drain properly, the was were dirty... But I had fun...

« First of all I booked with El Greco so when the itinerary came back with this info I was surprised, however my card was already charged so I figured what could go wrong. At 3:15 I asked the Lady at the desk when would the room be ready, she actually picked up the phone called Housekeeping and informed the person on the other end of the line that *the lady that supposed to check in a complain* mind you right in front of me. « Our stay was great. I would give this property 10 stars!! Natoya and her family went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Natoya reached out to me about a week before our stay, and she constantly communicated with me to make sure our needs were met during our stay. The villa was amazing, and is located in a gated community. It was more than enough to accommodate my family of five. We chose the all inclusive option which included meals, and the food was amazing. My kids are still talking...
