"This property is well located on the hip strip. It is a property in transition. The restaurant and pool are closed; not sure if they are going to open. Security is good. Lots of stuff to see and do nearby. The Doctor’s Cave beach and a Starbucks are across the street but the beach requires a fee for admission and an extra fee if you want a beach chair and umbrella."

"The purpose of this trip was to rejuvenate and I found the perfect place. The view of the coast line from the balcony was breathtaking. Perfect for a group of up to 5 (only 3 allowed). 5 minutes walk to everything. Dunns River Falls, Mystic mountains, and everything in town. Only one thing went out of place, the power went out in the town for a couple of hours (not the property’s fault). This place was amazing. Nice pool. Almost perfect place. And I am the first one to give a review."

"A bit surprised half the windows didn't have glass - only wooden slats that are looking a bit tired. No proper curtains either - only mesh blinds, so up with the sunrise... not quite what i expected at that price."

"The property was beautiful and offered great views and even had a small private pool. The space was welcoming and large, perfect for a small family! We do recommend the resort, especially during hot months, to have the AC units serviced appropriately as there aren’t many close dining options so most meals are prepared in the home, and no AC in the kitchen was miserably hot. We did have a difficult time after check in to get in touch with the resort to arrange transportation in a timely manner....

The food was absolutely great, the location is perfect, and the overall service was outstanding throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Tanisha HC, who was one of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made my stay memorable. I truly had a great time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kingston. I will definitely be back! "
