The beach was always clean, it was quiet, the buffet had decent food. We did enjoy talking with Camille Foster (JTL) , Kelly (she did the Iberostar Club presentation) & Shameka & Georgia from the buffet. The "Gourmet" (French) restaurant was out of everything on the menu except fish. The Steakhouse gave me & my spouse food poisoning (we had the same meal) so we missed a tour & couldn't get a refund. The Italian restaurant was clearly out of ingredients since my meal was supposed to include truffle as an ingredient and there was no truffle whatsoever. We were lied to a couple of times like when we were told some shops were closed, when they were not. Someone stole hand sanitizer out of our room also, not sure if it was during cleaning or turn down service. We were unable to get a refund for one person who ended up not able to go because the resort and/or Expedia could not answer the phone or emails or work together so my 71 year old mother lost a couple thousand dollars.
