"My favorite part about staying at the Deja hotel was the entertainment employees who oversaw the activities at the resort like Loretta and Nellie who oversees the bingo activity, karaoke and dance. They were the best. Just Loretta alone would make me come back to Deja, whatever she is getting paid they need to double. The front desk agents were not very friendly or helpful. I requested for a cake or slice of cake to be delivered to my mom’s rooms room on her birthday, we were told he would be done and it was not. Very disappointing. The beach was amazing even though they closed at 5 pm. The excursion with Chukka was the best experience ever. Me and my family truly enjoyed the unlimited food options. The food was great and tasty. The rooms need updating, our television and phone did not work. They placed my room outside of a banquet hall even though I had a 1 year old baby with me. It was hard to keep the baby sleep when loud banquet activities were being held all night. Not quiet or relaxing. The gift shops you need to be mindful because they will cheat you and we were not told that we get 20 percent off being Deja guest. We had no beach view from our room, just a window that showed the banquets celebrations that was going on each night. All and all, I would do it again knowing what I know now, I would pack less clothes, no snacks because you won’t need them and do more excursions with Chukka. Breakfast area and barista was clean. Activities should be placed in another area."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had to come on here because some of the reviews had my family and me rethinking our stay. Let me tell you, from the moment our transportation dropped us off at the entrance to the check-in process, everything was amazing! I accidentally booked the wrong room, but the staff graciously honored my request and accommodated us with two queen beds instead of the one king room I originally booked. That level of customer service set the tone for our entire vacation. The dining options were incredible. You absolutely must try the Indian restaurant, and the red snapper was OMG delicious! The other restaurants were great as well. My kids especially loved the buffet and visited it every single day. Now, let's talk about the real stars of our trip: the Entertainment Team! They truly made our vacation unforgettable. From starting the day with fun pool activities to keeping the energy going all night long, they were amazing. A special shout-out to Mr. Chicken Wing, who taught us the Ice Cream Dance The entertainment was nonstop. beach parties and headphone parties to the disco party after 11 PM, energized, and having fun every day and every night. Michael Jackson show, talent show, and Reggae Night, complete with cane, sugar cane, and jerk grills set up right along the boulevard. children also enjoying the sports bar, pool table. Mr. Hayne after we returned home called to check in. Entertainmen team Brit, Sabrina, thunder, dj kenji, liss, cyril, wings big up & thanks yall."

"Great pool, great beach, great hotel. All-inclusive Marketplace restaurant was delicious, Great salad and fruit ball and 4-5 meal choices every meal. Separate Italian, seafood and Jamaican restaurants if you didn’t want a buffet. Very nice all around."

"The owners were very attentive; they accommodated our arrival time and gave us tips about the city—they were very kind. The house was beautiful, and the room was incredibly bright, featuring a terrace with an amazing view of the surrounding nature. The pool was clean, and the outdoor area, was stunning. The only thing that seemed disproportionate to me was the A/C fee—$50 per night struck me as excessive."
