« On dirait que les responsables ne veulent pas s'embêter avec les clients.Ils sont traités comme quantité négligeable.Peut-être est-ce un hôtel valable pendant l'hiver mais il est à éviter en été.Pas de service de chambre,pas de petit déjeuner,pas même du café dans la chambre,pas de renouvellement des serviettes de bain,pas de wi-fi sauf dans le batiment principal.Un seul magasin d'alimentation peu achalandé,aucune activité dans le soi-disant "village".TOUT EST FERME Bref:Etablissement à fuir !!! »

« This was a great little spot. It had a beautiful pool on the hillside, where I took my complimentary coffee and breakfast, and the room was super clean. It must have been remodeled recently, and they did a great job. None of the hallmark bad paint lines or any of that stuff you often see in a budget motel. I'd say it was great for the price, but that makes it sound like it was nice for an inexpensive motel. It was just really nice place. »

« My husband and I specifically made a 3 night reservation at the Kit Carson Lodge over the 4th of July weekend because we were told by an employee over the phone that the room included a microwave and a fridge, plates and cutlery That was not true. We arrived with multiple perishables and cooked food, o find out, upon arrival, that there were neither plates & cutlery NOR a microwave NOR a fridge. That was a very disappointing start of the weekend. Our food had to be kept at room temperature ...

« The new owners are working really hard to renovate this motel. The rooms are very comfortable, the place is very quiet. Yes there is a bit of a mess outside while work goes on but that can be overlooked. The owner is very nice and serviable. Breakfast is good but some bread and/or bagels would be a nice addition. »

« An hour after checking in and going to my room, I was advised that there was an additional $96 fee because my room had been changed from a king to two double beds. The king was unavailable. Felt like a down grade because it was on the first floor and could every step of the people above. Thanks to Expedia for fixing it and not making me pay the surprise charge. »
