"We have stayed at this property many times before and it’s always a pleasure. The staff always goes above and beyond. When the hotel is the destination it’s because it provides a vacation all by itself. This is why we felt it was time to lay down all five stars on their table. From the room to the pool to the restaurant to the spa to the gym it’s all good! This hotel is gorgeous with serious charm. You will enjoy your stay and linger longer and check out time will come to soon. Employees can make or break any business. The staff at the Murrietta Inn and Spa are definitely making it! Thank you to all of them for such a wonderful experience every time we stay there."

"Stay was good. I will say front desk staff very busy and seemed to handle it well. Bar area had 8-10 people who were extremely loud. I could not even hear desk personal speak. Housekeeping should be award of how many people are booked into a room, we had to go down each night to get 1 extra towel as there was 4 people in our room and only 3 towels."

"Good amount of shops nearby and very convenient for travelling between Tahoe and Sacramento. Very easy parking and very kind and helpful staff at the window. The room was a little worse for wear with every tile in the bathroom being loose and seeing a thick grey carpet of dust on the upper half of the curtains."
