No Parties / Unregistered Guests Parties are strictly prohibited. A $1,000 violation fee will be charged for any party, plus additional cleaning fees as necessary.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please refrain from any gatherings or outdoor noise after 10 PM in respect of our neighbors. A $500/night fee applies for violations.
Extra Guests A $50/night per guest fee will apply for anyone not listed on the reservation. Please ensure your guest count is accurate and inform us if you plan to have visitors.
Hot Tub: Shower before use; no oils or soaps allowed. Children 14 & under must have adult supervision at all times. No pets in the hot tub. Only plastic dishware/cups—$1,000 fine for broken glass in the hot tub. $350 fine if the hot tub is so dirty that it has to be drained. After use, put the lid back on to keep dirt out and heat in. Do not turn off the hot tub when checking out. Swim at your own risk.
Check-Out: Check-out is before 11:00 am. There will be a fee of $100/hour for late checkouts. Please let us know about the time you plan to check out so we can pass this information on to the housekeepers. We kindly ask that prior to leaving, place any dishes in the dishwasher and take out all the trash. This helps us keep the cleaning cost down. Leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived.
Restrooms: We kindly request that only toilet paper be flushed down the toilet. Wet wipes, including those labeled as flushable, should not be flushed as they can clog the sewer system.
Food Items: Please refrain from disposing of food in the garbage disposal.
Smoking: Our house is a non-smoking home. There will be no smoking of cigarettes or weed inside the house or a $300 charge.
Candles: We do not allow candles in the home, this is a fire hazard.
Damage: We understand that accidents happen. We ask that you please let us know when something is broken so that we can replace or repair it. There is a stain remover under the sink in the kitchen for the carpet and bedding.
Pets: Pets are allowed with a $100 per pet, non-refundable fee. No more than two (2) pets are allowed. Please alert us prior to your stay if you are planning on bringing along your pet. All pets must be fully potty trained, and not track mud or dirt into our home; please clean your pet`s feet if they are dirty/muddy prior to allowing them in the home. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Keep the bedroom doors closed that are not being used. We shall not be held responsible in any way for anything that may happen to your pet. Please note, there will be an additional $100 fee for any animal waste found on the property after you leave. Please note that the pets are not to be left alone at the home.
Longer Stays: For stays exceeding 30 days, a mandatory cleaning service is required at the guest`s expense. This ensures that the accommodation is well-maintained throughout longer stays. The cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. We can not package and ship things that are left behind.
Utilities: We kindly ask that you switch off lights and turn off AC/heater when not in the home.
Please do not unplug anything in the home. It is difficult for the next guest if lamps are unplugged, and there are items in the home that operate the door lock and doorbell. If you don’t know what it is, do not unplug it. Do not unplug the wireless router or modem or it will shut down the door lock and you may get locked out.
August Smart Lock: The lock the door after 30 minutes of inactivity. This is to prevent the home from being left unlocked when guests leave the home.
Landscaper/Pool Technician Landscaper & Pool Technician typically arrive Friday mornings and will walk into the backyard unannounced.
Cameras We have Ring Video Doorbell cameras installed at the front door, and right side of the home. This is for the safety of our guests and to prevent parties and theft. There are no cameras inside the home or in the back yard.

Caveat Emptor
The house looks pretty in the photos but beneath the veneer, it had a lot of issues. Perhaps if we had only stayed one week instead of 6 it would not have mattered as much, but it was frustrating to deal with spending vacation time waiting for repairmen. When we advised the manager of an issue, i.e. we were not provided with enough towels for the number of people staying; it was fixed; but this should not have been something we had to point out. Likewise, there are numerous things on the house that are falling apart, we did point these out to the manager so perhaps all will be repaired for the next customer. In regards to the neighborhood, it seems cute except for the very loud Harley Davidson that rides around late at night and the chickens next door. If you have dogs the neighbor’s cat will come over and tease them, try not to let them chase the cat in the yard as if they do they will come back covered in stickers and foxtails from the tall weeds. There is no grass in the backyard for kids to play on, just Paving stones, with small rocks in between, a pool (unfenced which is mentioned in advance) and dirt with desert style landscaping and the aforementioned stickers. The pool is nice and refreshing as long as you don’t want it heated (100/day extra). Overall we made it work but would not stay there again.

Secluded but Still Close to Everything
Stayed for a disc golf tournament. A bed for everyone and lots of space outside to enjoy the weather and the pool/hot tub. Great communication from the host. Would love to stay again.

As advertised except some costs
House was nice and tidy. Pretty private setting. Kitchen had what we needed. Only thing to mention was some extra costs not put in the listing which would maybe effect someone's consideration of where to stay, which are additional costs for pets and pool.Pets: We allow pets(max 2) for 100 per pet for the entire stay.Pool Heating: If you’d like to have the pool heated during your visit, please let us know in advance. We charge 50 per day for pool heating, and we’ll need time to ensure the pool reaches a comfortable temperature before your arrival.In my case, there was no dog and heated pool was not the purpose of the trip. So it wasn't a big deal. However could be important for others.

Baby Shower weekend
We were visiting our son and daughter-in-law for their baby shower weekend! The house was cozy and comfortable and well-appointed, especially in the kitchen! The cabinets are all labeled, so we found everything we needed. We had a little mis-hap and broke an item, and the owner/manager was thoughtful and supportive. We had a great time and hope to stay again!

The perfect home for fun and rest
The house was incredible and had everything we needed! The pool was so clean and beautiful and so fun to swim in. We had a wonderful restful time and would definitely book again. Couldn’t recommend higher. Close to good food but in the backyard you’re secluded enough you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere
