It backs up to Sugarpine State Park and the beach was an easy one mile walk. They have kayak and paddle board rentals there which was fun. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was set up nicely and exactly how it's shown in the photos. The only note is that the only way into the backyard is through the downstairs bedrooms so just be aware of that. The management company was very responsive to a few things that were damaged when we arrived. Also note that my adult children were downhill biking at Northstar which was 45 minutes away! ##### Susan G.
