There is no phone to call, so you are at their mercy if you need something from them. They may write "I'll get back to you", and then you wait hours with no response.The checkout is 10am (which is an hour earlier than most places). "This is definitely a get what you pay for place. If all you are looking for is a clean, safe place to crash, this is perfect. The rooms are small, furniture and decor could use updating/light repair. But, you get coffee and a fridge and a place to lay your head. Although it did seem clean, the room had an unusual odor. It is located in a convenient place, pretty much walkable and the downtown area is very cute."

"The place was really nice. We did have a couple issues though. The sink was clogged when we first used it, not sure how housekeeping didn't catch it. They had to come fix it before we could even brush our teeth that night. But at least they had someone available immediately to fix it. The conditioner dispenser was empty, again housekeeping missed that too. Two dogs next door were barking early and woke us up. I'm sure hotel policy is not to leave pets unattended but someone did"

"The house is super clean, airy, and comfortable, with a relaxed, homey feel. Lovely views. Audio visual system and heater/AC were easy to figure out. Lots of little extra touches, like nightlights in strategic places, and a well-stocked and organized kitchen. Host communications were prompt and friendly. Looking forward to another stay. Choose this one!"

"Great cabin in the pine trees. Perfect for a quick getaway from the city. Close to Lake with plenty of trails and day use picnic / camp spots. Not too far from coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. Deck was awesome. Plenty private."

"Loved this home! It was decorated beautifully and felt very homey. It was very clean and well stocked. The firepit was so fun, and the host even supplied a tray with all the s’mores stuff. The coffee selection was great, including syrups, sugar and creamer. My kids loved all the games and the swing out back. The annual pass for Jenkinson Lake was much appreciated. Just a heads up the driveway is steep and awkward. It would also be nice if the back deck was blown off on arrival. Overall, a wonderful stay, and would come back."
