"The place was very nice, clean, and was just as advertised. It was pretty small, but comfortably slept 3 of us. There was no kitchen, just a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a toaster. There are also no plates or bowls (even paper ones) so I suggest that you bring your own if you plan to use the kitchenette. The walk to the lifts is only about 5 min, and there is also a shuttle stop right out front if you don't want to walk."

"We arrived late while on a road trip. We stayed only one night and left the next morning, so our experience was very brief and limited. But no complaints at all. Everything was great. Thank you!"

"The front desk staff was excellent. They responded to a senior citizen guest with post-surgical mobility issues with compassion and kindness. When his cell phone was not working due to a battery issue, they assisted in getting it fixed. The names of staff that offered exceptional customer service I remember are Jessica and Cortez, and there were others as well. Thanks to them all as well as management for patience and understanding in dealing with a guest who needed them to provide extra service at a time when the facility was extremely busy."

"We love staying here. The location, staff and amenities are great! Unfortunately we always have a hard time sleeping here because of other guests. Kids running and yelling in the halls at 3am or jumping in the rooms at midnight and pounding on the floors (this hotel has 4 floors) So we just always take one for the team and sleep bad because our son loves staying here."

"We went knowing that they are still under construction. That didn’t bother us at all. Those issues (no pool, elevators sometimes working and sometimes not, construction going on, etc) were no big deal, it’s going to be beautiful when it’s all done. What did bother us, however, was that we were there from June 1-5 and never had housekeeping. We needed towels, trash emptied, new drinking glasses, shampoo (dispenser was broken). We spoke to no fewer than 4 humans and the AI concierge. We were told everything from “sorry we don’t have anyone to service your room” to “we already did service your room” (they didnt) to “we will send someone up right away, let me take down your room number” to “my apologies” (but no action) to “ok thanks for telling us, we will get someone up”. It went from being very frustrating to laughable. Customers service fail- 100%"

"Did not expect to be ushered into a “sales pitch” upon arrival. Spent 20 minutes listening to rep try to convince us to attend a sales presentation. The room was disappointingly small, heater fan was loud (so didn’t use heater) the shower was so forceful it hurt. Would not use this facility again. Not worth it."
