"This is a motel along the route between Sacramento and Reno. A motel means the room’s front door is open to the outdoor. It has two levels. The room is reasonably large. The sink is outside the bathroom. The room has individually controlled a/c and heating unit. I did notice that the courtyard light is quite bright and the room curtains don’t block all the light, keep that in mind. The property offers WiFi. I didn’t need to use it because the cellular reception is good. The location is by the interstate - that didn’t bother me at night. Of the three buildings, two of them are more setback from the freeway. The front desk area provides a free breakfast with many food choices in the morning, they keep the property and room very clean, and both hot tub and swimming pool outdoors are available."

"Room was quite dirty, stains all over the carpet mold in the bathroom on the walls were gross and dirty. The bedsheets had holes and stains on them. The staff at check-in was extremely nice and super friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything. I would give them 10 out of 10 on friendliness and helpfulness. We were there with a group of three families and it was really just our room that was this bad. The other two rooms were OK so just don’t ask for a room 102."

"The woman at the front desk was wonderful! Our key card wasn’t working and she was so kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great spot! I like that they keep things simple and with the antique feel. Our remote was held together by packing or duct tape, that would be one of my only minor complaints. The room was quiet and clean."
