Room was clean and everything about the property was fine. It was incredibly noisy to the point my wife and I had trouble falling asleep from the staff making noise to other guests it was extremely loud.

We stayed at The Kiota Inn for five nights. We enjoyed our time there. Breakfasts were nice with plenty items to choose from and great conversations with Rosie about local events/sights. She is a great ambassador for all things local! We felt very comfortable as the staff members were kind. courteous and personable. The property was clean and well maintained. We also dined at The Finch one evening. Hannah, our hostess, was very pleasant. The location was convenient. We will definitely stay there again when we have occasion to visit the area.

Nice, clean recently remodeled rooms. In room fridge, microwave and Kuerig. Comfy beds and pillows, fresh clean bathroom. Parking is ample and safe. Bar just opened on property but we didn’t check it out. No breakfast.

Clean, comfortable and wonderful staff. The only disappointment was the restaurant was under renovation so no dining at hotel, which it advertises it has and why I picked it. The "continental" breakfast was a little disappointing. But everything else was fabulous and I would stay there again.

This is a wonderful modern hotel. It is possibly the nicest hotel in the Sutter Creek area. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are excellent. The beds are extremely comfortable. I really liked the modern shower. Their staff is polite and very helpful. A large television is in the room with a large selection of cable channels. You could not however sign into and use your personal apps such as You Tube or Netflix on their television. They have a basic complimentary breakfast, which includes things like cereal, boiled eggs, pastries, and juice. They also have a make your own waffle machine. The breakfast did not include cooked items like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, or potatoes.
