"We arrived at some absolutely rediculous hour of the night/morning due to a significant snow storm. We had an appointment to make for 9am. When we arrived I used the intercom and had to wake the front desk staff but they were very nice and understanding about it. I think we got 3 hours of sleep before having to check back out which again I had to use the intercom and have someone come to the front to return my deposit and check out and again they were super nice about it and didn't give me any hard time about the deposit. Simple, quick, and friendly even if half asleep. Cleanliness was higher than expected and the room was a decent size and the bed was comfy. Parking was available right at our room door. "

"Quaint hotel next to the water. Really beautiful area behind the hotel with chairs. Extremely friendly staff. Free parking. The Lighthouse restaurant was just inside and was excellent. The rooms were small but comfortable. The sheets on the beds were so amazingly soft. "

"The side entrance was not salted, i almost wiped out and watched 2 other guests almost do the same. Carpet qas covering a large hole with an unsecured board in the room and when you stepped on it it spunded like you were going to fall in a tunnell. Housekeeping never came even to restock toilet paper and make beds. Breakfast ended by 9 is a little early for people vacationing. No benches anywhere near the smokers butt out station but lots of aigns where not to be. "

"We started in a room and the thermostat wasnt working. The owner and staff members had a solution and made it right immediately. The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The pool was heated and nice to use. The continental breakfast had lots of options definitely something for everyone. "
