Right before the trip we were told via email that its all closed for renovations but to talk w staff about assistance. We asked the girl at the front desk if theres a room w a hot tub. She replied she doesnt know anything about the rooms. She let us know the bar would be open for about 20 more minutes - it was dark and closed and empty. We went to our room and about 45 minutes later they called us and told us we had to move downstairs to another room or we'd be upcharged. They offered a "discount to their gift shop" or a free breakfast voucher.. because breakfast here isnt free. So we were pretty disappointed in our stay."
