It's easy living at this beautiful, freshly painted, second floor condo overlooking the pool at Wyldewood. If you are looking for a vacation home or to move permanently near Blue Mountain and Georgian Bay, this is the perfect, low maintenance spot to settle and relax. This highly popular Georgian floor plan has all the space you need with 2 bed/2 full bathrooms, open concept layout, french doors, gas fireplace and plenty of light. Your private balcony overlooks the year round heated pool, and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The spacious primary bedroom, located at the end of the hall, is set apart from the living area and has its own ensuite. There is plenty of storage space with a large laundry/storage room and your private locked storage locker right beside the front door. This home is situated on the Georgian Trail system and approx. 6 minutes from the centre of Collingwood and Blue Mountain and a short walk to Georgian Bay. The perfect location for skiers, cyclists, hikers and boaters alike. It's time to enjoy your life!
