« Trop bruyant »

« Personnel très courtois. La dame refusait de me donner une copie de ma facture parce que je voyageais avec Expedia mais finalement elle m’en a donné une. La piscine extérieure et le gazebo étaient super. Le lit était propre et la salle de bain aussi. Le lit est collé sur l’air climatisé (moins d’un pied), c’est très désagréable. Un réaménagement du mobilier est suggéré pour éloigner le lit de l’air climatisé. Suggestion: ajouter séchoir à cheveux et mouchoirs. »

« We had a great stay at oasis by the bay. The room was lovely, bathroom a little bit outdated but well maintained. Only 2-3 minutes walk from the beach it is perfect! »

« Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. »

« Bed not comfortable at all, there was this suffocating perfume smell inside the appartment, we could taste it it was so strong. And seems like a lot is fallong apart in the unit. Communication was good with Trillium »

« The images on the booking did not match the room that I rented, not good to show a room that isnt what you are getting, sort of a bait and switch. »

« Hôtel impeccable et pratique pour des séjours de quelques nuits dans la région. Super propre et la suite très bien divisée, même si l’espace est compact. Nous retournerions sans hésiter. »

« A quiet little oasis escape in the city. Everything you needed was a short drive or walk from the hotel. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help or offer suggestions and went above and beyond. Can’t wait to come back for another escape. »

« Absolutely beautiful hotel and extremely clean! Staff is very kind as well. Perfect location close to all the good restaurants. Only downside is there are no amenities, other than that it was a perfect stay and gorgeous hotel. »

« Second time for us at Loving Waters. Love the location, close for biking and beaching. Restaurant on site is very good. Apartments well maintained and fully furnished, we ended it up eating almost our meals there as it so easy to cook, use the bbq, dishwasher, etc. Disappointed that our kayak reservation was cancelled twice: first time because of the weather and it did not rain at all at the end, and second time because of short staffing. »
