"i thought the property was closer to MRT, and transportation description does not match reality. having said that, it was convenient to go by bus, but takes more time to go into city center.
also, it might be a good idea to remind travellers there is another hotel of the same name in the area."
"I checked out of this hotel after the first night. The property has extensive water damage and mold growth throughout the roof. When I checked out I asked for a refund on my remaining nights the manager informed me I needed to go through Hotels.com after weeks neither U line or Hotels.com will make it right. Avoid this toxic environment for your own health."
