Room was clean and comfortable, with Smart TV. Wifi connection was good. Bathroom was always clean, shower nice and hot, Japanese auto-toilet etc. Staff were always very nice to me when i interacted with them. However, i have to only give 4 stars, as i do not like self-check in, and encountered problems upon arriving at 01:00am... and on a weekend the noise pollution is especially loud with those selfish few guests that cannot control themselves through the night. May 7, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities 桃園空港から松山空港に乗り換えで利用しました。松山空港に近いため、搭乗にも安心して使えました。 ホテルのチェックインは自動でできるので、ホテル着が遅くなっても問題なくチェックインできます。 設備はベッドも浴槽も清潔でした。 残念な点は、私の部屋にはシャワーがなかったことと、ベッド近くにコンセントがなかったことですかね。 コスパは良いホテルだったと思います。 ##### ?? The room walls alwere very thin and house keeping was cleaning through all hours which is a real inconvenience after a long flight. The water pipes are very noisy as well. Everytime a chair was moved you could hear it drag on the floor. Dec 31, 2024 Liked: Staff & service Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities 家族4人での宿泊でした。 （子供13歳、17歳共に男の子） 年末ということもあり、予算重視で宿泊しました。ホテルというよりアパートにステイという感じでした。 お湯が弱かったです。掃除も行き届いてる感じではなかったです。 ですが、スタッフの方の優しさや従業員に厳しく指導している姿（たまたま見ました）をみて大手のホテルではないですが、きちんと仕事をしようとしている姿が見えました。 豪華で清潔で完璧になんでもやってもらえるホテルじゃなくてもこういうのもありかなと思いました。 ※セルフチェック、チェックアウトのため基本的には機械で自分でやる必要があります。 ##### ??
