Room was clean and comfortable, with Smart TV. Wifi connection was good. Bathroom was always clean, shower nice and hot, Japanese auto-toilet etc. Staff were always very nice to me when i interacted with them. However, i have to only give 4 stars, as i do not like self-check in, and encountered problems upon arriving at 01:00am... and on a weekend the noise pollution is especially loud with those selfish few guests that cannot control themselves through the night. The room walls alwere very thin and house keeping was cleaning through all hours which is a real inconvenience after a long flight. The water pipes are very noisy as well. Everytime a chair was moved you could hear it drag on the floor. Kiosk Self Check in - Terrible service Hotel staff was not there when arrived in the hotel and Kiosk also did not work with my confirmation number. Talked to the phone on the Kiosk. He was in Taichung. still could not solve the problem. about 30-40 minutes later, a lady(hotel staff) showed up and paid by credit card manually. She never say "Sorry". To check-in, it took about 40 minutes. WOW Sounds like a lie? Please check their CCTV. I was desperately shouting / yelling for "HELP" but nobody showed up. Please do not try this hotel.
