I stayed in this room 2 nights before they moved me to another room (without compensation). The next room, the shower door closed but there was a gap so water leaked outside onto the bathroom floor. Both outlets next to the bed did not work. They have free laundry but only one machine and if one person leaves clothes in the washer, there’s no way next person can put clothes in a basket. They tell you to just pay and use the laundromat next door which doesn’t make sense considering you already paid the high price on room fees. Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel, not worth it for the price. I’ve stayed in 6 hotels in Taiwan and by far most disappointed in this experience. ![They said it’s not dirty, but not a kind of bathtub you’d want to use after a long day of travel.
