"This was our 2nd stay and it was again, so wonderful and relaxing. We had rainy weather and still was able to de-stress and spend time together. The pool table is always a hit! It is well used. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes and everything in between- just add food! The covered deck was awesome! You could spread out and be outside and stay dry out of the rain - if we wanted to. Wonderful communication with the owner who is simply charming.! Absoltely perfect!"

"We enjoyed ourselves here. Communication with the property manager was the only demerit -- I emailed twice to ask if the yard was fenced for dogs and never got a reply. (It isn't.). Otherwise, the place is great and location is wonderful."

"Check in was great. Fireplace did not work and Vacasa manager came and inspected it and we did get a small refund on this as it never worked. There were stains on the carpet, an orange slime mold in the upstairs shower. Some door handles to deck were loose and the deadbolt didn't work, downstairs door would not latch unless deadbolted from inside. There are some overall maintenance upkeep issues. "This house is a little dated, but if you are like me, that doesn't matter in a beach house. I am looking for a clean place that is large enough for the family. This is a very large home with 5 bedrooms. It was clean and comfy! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again!"

"Our stay was everything we hoped for! The neighborhood is quiet, the home is clean, comfortable and had just about everything we needed for a great stay. There were plenty of games and activities to keep our toddler occupied, she especially loved the playground in the backyard. The walk to the beach is quick and we were lucky enough to experience some beautiful sunsets each night we were there. We were so sad to leave!"

"The view is great, the location is great. The spiral staircase is dangerous had too many close calls, had to put the couch in front of the stairs to prevent people from accidentally falling down the stairs. Overall a cool house and glad we stayed."

"We loved staying here with my wife, son and dog. The house has great character, very comfy, homey and the location was great too. Loved the yard and fire pit. We even had a family of Roosevelt Elk come visit us one of the days. Absolutely coming back! Thank you"

"We spent a few days on the coast and the location was perfect for our day trips down to Haystack rock in Cannon Beach, the Oregon coast aquarium in Newport, and the sea lion caves in Florence. There are also several hiking trails close by that we took advantage of. If we end up back on the Oregon coast we will definitely be returning to this property! Great location!!!"

"Very well maintained rental with an excellent host who was very easily reachable and provided clear instructions. Kids enjoyed playing ping-pong and we all enjoyed the fireplace outside. The rental was pet friendly. Location is close to local beaches. Highly recommended!"

"The condo was clean and included a well-equipped kitchen. It's right on the prom and is on the fourth floor. The view from the living room and balcony right off of that room was spectacular! We loved the short walk to the beach, very short walk to the promenade, and close proximity to the heart of Seaside. Our only frustration was with the TV - we had a hard time navigating to Movie sources."
