"This place is in need of a lot of maintenance. Not being able to use the heat without risking a breaker trip, needing a sign to instruct on how to prevent it... that's a problem. Electrical issues should be addressed. I had birds wandering into my room because it didn't have a screen door. Old Zyn pouches flicked onto exterior walls and walkway, not cleaned up. Half the lights in the bathroom not working. Not great."

"Short walk to restaurants and beach. These are condo style rooms with kitchenette. Ordered food at bar, service okay, food mediocre. Staff friendly and helpful. We stayed one night but this property seems to be for more long term stays."

"The hot tub looked dirty and smelled bad. It looked like it had not been cleaned all week. Our room was listed as "ocean view" however the awning blocked. most of the view. There was only one chair in the loft area so only person could sit up there. "

"Our view was great, bed was comfy, we loved being able to walk straight out to the beach and prom. Coffee shop and restaurants were less than a 7 mins walk. Aquarium next door was perfect for our 2 year old"
