### Sandpiper Cottage - A Eclectic Beach Theme -Kitchenette, Eclectic Beach Theme Studio Kitchenette \*Pe

Historical 1926 Eclectic beach themed decor welcomes guests to the Sandpiper Cottage. Nestled away in the far back corner, this little studio of 210 square feet has a new queen, Serta imotion adjustable lift bed that is great for relieving snoring or just for watching TV. It features a full bathroom, kitchenette, no oven, coffee, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, dishes, TV, WIFI & a little dining area. Ground level and it may be little in size, but it's big on charm and character.  
Flowers, local plants and birds abode the \*Seasonal\* gardens around the property.  
  
Built in 1926, this cottage has a ceiling height of 6’10″. Additional amenities include a Serta lift Queen bed, full bathroom with shower and tub, Pet Friendly, locally roasted coffee, variety of creamers and sugar and tea. A 36" Tv with ROKU streaming featuring 200+ live TV channels and 1000'S of movies. 500MB WIFI speeds, filtered water, books, board games and beach towels.  
Outside common area includes covered seating under the gazebo and firepit. Seasonal outdoor games include cornhole and ring toss.  
In Seaview, you are within walking distance to the Beach and the 12-mile Discovery Trail, plus great restaurants and unique villages up and down the 27-mile long Peninsula.  
Less than 1 block from North Jetty Brewery, fantastic locally brewed beer & a favorite stop after a day of playing outside. Family friendly till 6pm.  
Centrally located in the heart of the peninsula you are 0.6 miles to the Beach entrance, only a 11 minute walk or drive your vehicle on the beach. South of the entrance are tide pools. Visit Cape Disappointment State Park & 3.5 miles to North Head Lighthouse.  
Enchanted Cottages by the Sea consists of 4 units. This ground level cottage "Sandpiper" & 3 other cottages. The other 3 cottages are Hollyhock, Captain's Cottage and Serendipity.  
  
Part of the Historical Enchanted Cottages by the Sea founded in 1882, this 1926 building features three other fully remodeled themed vacation cottage rentals. The Hollyhock, Captains Cottage, Serendipity. The Captains Cottage is a relaxing & romantic getaway decorated in a unique nautical theme studio with kitchen abode with antique charm and original bead board. If you need more space take a look at Serendipity. The main house built in 1882 that sleeps 6 with charming decor and a fireplace for those stormy winter days.  
Limited on site parking but plenty of street parking. We have dedicated parking spaces is labeled "Sandpiper", please only use your dedicated spot.  
  
Dogs under 80 pounds allowed, pets are an additional fee per stay. Max of 1 big dog of 30-80lbs or 2 small dogs under 30lbs. Must be people & dog friendly because of shared courtyard space with other guests and dogs. Its a small room so we must limit pet sizes.  
  
No laundry room access for guests but extra bedding and sheets are available. Need more please send us a message and extra can be arranged.  
  
\*\*You are responsible for your pet. Dogs only and current on vaccinations. If your dog has fleas you could be charged up to $500 for pest control treatment of the unit. You may also be charged for any cancelled reservations due to treatment time\*\*  
  
Outdoor security cameras and ring doorbells are located on and around the outside only of the property.  
We use what we call a \*Boarding Pass\* that is sent to you after booking for all your check in information, smart lock codes, guidebooks, questions and parking information. It is your all in one guide to our property.  
For Access to your cottage you must complete our "Boarding Pass\*. It is a web link that has a verification step that will ask a few stay related questions as well as some very basic guest information including a upload of your government ID. You will need to sign a waiver/pet agreement to stay with us. If you disagree with our waiver/agreement cancel within 24 hours of booking or within the cancellation window to avoid cancellation fees.
