There was no one at the desk when I arrived. No hot water the first morning. When I called about it, the front desk person was like “oh well, I’ll report it to maintenance.” For what I paid, they should have moved me to a different room immediately. But they did not care. I guarantee that I won’t be returning.

Although it's in DTLA and not really the greatest area to explore, The Hotel was very good and the room was so comfortable. I usually stay there when I play shows at the Redwood Bar and Grill around the corner from the hotel. It's very conveniente.

9/10 Wonderful! (6,166 reviews)
"The common areas were really nice, clean, modern. The room itself was clean but a bit dated. Room size was pretty big, but the bathroom was small. The bed was ok, but would not want to stay there longer than a few nights; as the bed was not that very comfortable. My room had a microwave & coffee ..."
