Charlevoix Vacation Packages

Room for one night was decent. Had trouble getting the air working during the night so the room was a bit warm. It was working when we got there. Turned back on early in the morning. Thermostat was in the room, but we didn’t seem to control it. Bed was a bit hard, but the room was clean. Close to train which why we picked it for that night.

Le loft était très propre incluant la literie toutefois à notre arrivée le spa était pratiquement vide et cerné. Toute une surprise… J’ai contacté la réception, la personne était confuse sur la situation, une personne a été dépêché, pas de solution. Un technicien de la maintenance a été dépêché, il n’avait d’info donc on a convenu de remplir le spa et attendre qu’il atteigne un température acceptable soit entre minuit et 2h00 (nuit). Pas fameux quand on quitte à 11h

Very nice place overall. Kitchen was adequately outfitted for light cooking. It is an interior apartment, and the only windows are at the back of the building in the bedrooms. However, they have relatively thin white curtains which do not block light. In summer, the sun comes up very early and these bedrooms could use blackout shades. Decoration is charming. One HVAC was not working, we contacted owner, maintenance man responded in half hour and fixed it. Space is clean. Bathrooms are excellent. Parking is very convenient about one block away in an underground, invisible parking deck. There was a card to swipe in and out of parking deck, which was super easy.
