« Our stay was subpar. When we arrived we were not told we could not park in the driveway until arriving. The neighborhood is crowded so it took over 30 minutes to find a parking spot on the street because we had a truck. After that when we went inside we could not find one of the bedrooms because it was completely separate in the backyard but it was not listed in the description. Next we found condoms in cups in the bookshelf as well as dead bugs. In the morning one of the beds had bugs crawling...

« House could have been cleaner. There was cobwebs and dust on walls ceilings and fans. Great house otherwise. Lots to do in it including pool table, ping pong and hot tub. Great closed in yard for our dog also!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.👍👍 »

« The cottage and surrounding area were absolutely amazing! Cottage was comfortable and clean, and communication between staff and myself was fast and clear. Only issue we had was I couldn’t figure out the heat. Thankfully it wasn’t too cold. The side door also had damage on the bottom and was open to outside elements but it didn’t cause any issues. Planes do fly low overhead but the noise didn’t bother me. Overall, I will definitely be booking again in the near future. Absolutely loved my stay! »

« Close to Little Italy and to my daughter’s place. So that was nice. Farmers market and all the places to eat at were amazing. Daily runs to the pier. Some real steep hills though toward Balboa. Otherwise great location except for the noise when sitting out in the back but enjoyed watching the aircraft at the airport. »

« Bill and Tiffany were exceptional hosts! I stayed at their apartment attached to a historic mansion in San Diego, and it was an incredible experience. Tiffany arranged discounted zoo tickets for me, and Bill went the extra mile by spending additional time to ensure the hot tub was sparkling clean. The property itself was amazing, located in a great neighborhood. I enjoyed grilling in the backyard every night. Even though it was just me, they treated me like royalty. « Really nice black bottom pool that stayed really warm, the backyard is sheltered from the wind and gets nice sun throughout the day. The game room was super fun for our kids and the property is well appointed. It didn’t have wine glasses and I sent the property manager a note asking if they were somewhere I couldn’t see and they dropped off some new ones since they weren’t there, same day. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels too »

« The VRBO was nice and spacious! Perfect for a quick turnaround trip! During our stay there were several cobwebs and the main areas were clean but there was alot of dirt in corners I’m assuming they think no one is looking at. That’d be my only criticism. Other than that they have a lot of entertainment options and a nice back yard! They were also dog friendly which was perfect! I would stay again. »
